Site work for a development in Carrabelle, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The project consists of construction and deployment of a minimum number of twenty-one (21) prefabricated concrete artificial reef modules meeting the module specifications stated in Attachment A - Scope of Work. All modules will be deployed at the Carrabelle 10 Mile Reef permitted site off Carrabelle as described in Attachment B. Contractor selection will be to the lowest responsive, qualified bidder, based on price per unit (greatest quantity of modules to be deployed for the amount of $59,000). All bids must be in a sealed envelope reflecting on the outside thereof the proposer's name and project title. Any bidder failing to mark outside of the envelope may not have their bid considered. Bids should be addressed to the City Administrator at the provided address. Questions pertaining to the proposal or technical specifications must be submitted in writing by e-mail to Courtney Millender Dempsey no later than April 27th, 2026 5pm EST at citycbel@fairpoint.net. Official questions and answers (Q&A) will be available upon request by contacting citycbel@fairpoint.net after April 28th, 2026, 5pm EST.
