The project is for the maintenance of a section of Missouri Road on State Game Lands #187. The scope includes roadway surface preparation, minor drainage improvements, and roadway resurfacing. The intent of this project is to perform maintenance of a 10,346-foot (1.96-miles) long section of Missouri Road on State Game Lands (SGL) #187. The project consists of road surface grading, stone resurfacing, drainage feature improvements, and related work. Bidders must submit their amount in dollars and cents (no fractions of a cent accepted). Bidders should visit the site to assess existing road surface conditions, access, and general site conditions. They must be experienced and fully capable of performing the required work. After bids are opened, the Pennsylvania Game Commission may request references for similar projects completed within the past three years to verify experience. Reference information should include the project name, description, final cost, and the reference's contact details. Bids must be submitted electronically using the SRM system by the specified bid opening date and time. A bid guarantee or bond is not required. All vendors must have a Vendor Number assigned by the Commonwealth to conduct business and receive payment. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any bid, waive technical defects, or accept/reject any part of a bid in its best interest. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. A purchase order is generated at the time of award, and no work is authorized until the successful vendor receives it.
