Description

Renovation of a swimming pool in Edgerton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

Project consists of repairing, preparing, and painting concrete surfaces of the existing rectangular and zero depth pools, including the pool floors, walls, gutters, and perimeter concrete up to the first expansion joint. Work requires removal and patching of concrete as needed, removal and replacement of caulk and backer rod from expansion joints, installation of new backer rod and caulk, removal of loose paint, and profiling of all concrete surfaces to a uniform finish by sweep blasting. Painting of the concrete surfaces must be completed per specification Section 09965. Additional work includes painting concrete surfaces, lane lines, lane end targets, perimeter marking, and bollards. The painted surface area is approximately 17,000 square feet.
