Renovation of a residential development in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. The participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 10.2% MBE, 9.9% WBE and 3% VBE for all state and state-assisted construction projects over $150,000. The Project consists of but not limited to Interior renovations to five vacant residential units at the Senecal Family Development. Work includes selective demolition; nicotine abatement where required; removal and replacement of kitchen cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, radiators, interior doors, finishes, and lighting; installation of new LVP and sheet vinyl flooring; bathroom upgrades including new tub/shower systems; ceiling repairs; and associated carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work. All work shall meet EOHLC design standards and current code requirements. Vacancy Renovations, Senecal Family Development (200-01) Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. The Contractor shall comply with Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) requirements. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The participation benchmark for this project is 10.2% MBE and 9.9% WBE, with good faith efforts required. Requests for waivers must be submitted to EOHLC at least five calendar days prior to the General Bid date. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 at 12:00 PM ET All General Bidder questions must be received in order to be answered by addendum.
