Renovation of a multi-residential development in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This project involves the roof replacement on seven buildings at the 667-3 Bury Apartments. DCAM certification in roofing is required. Filed sub-bidders must be certified in plumbing, painting and waterproofing/damp proofing/caulking. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 05/22/2026 at 3:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 06/05/2026 at 3:00PM EDT for general bids. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work is either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: The Bury Roof Replacement project comprises of the replacement of the membrane roof at six two-story apartment buildings and one one-story community building. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
