Vacancy Renovations, Senecal Family Development (200-01) The Project consists of but not limited to: Interior renovations to five vacant residential units at the Senecal Family Development. Work includes selective demolition; nicotine abatement where required; removal and replacement of kitchen cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, radiators, interior doors, finishes, and lighting; installation of new LVP and sheet vinyl flooring; bathroom upgrades including new tub/shower systems; ceiling repairs; and associated carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work. All work shall meet EOHLC design standards and current code requirements. Sub Bid Category Painting, Plumbing & Electrical Work Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. The Contractor shall comply with Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) requirements. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
