Remove and replace heating boilers, primary system pumps, boiler flue, combustion air intakes, stream filler system, controls, patch roof, walls, and floors. Bids will be accepted from bidders under seal. Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered or accepted. Bid Documents will be available as electronic PDF copies by request. All bids must be accompanied by Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. All bids must include bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, which may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or money order. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those that serve the District's best interests.
