The city may reject any portion or all of the bids and proposals, waive informalities and technicalities, negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or accept the proposal it deems to be in its best interest, regardless of whether it is the lowest dollar proposal. The existing roof is approximately 9,100 square feet in size. The new roof will adhere to the requirements as shown in Attachment #1 of this ITB.
