Renovation of a municipal facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Interior fit-up of tenant space within a federal government office building. Fit-up areas include part of the first floor, and a majority of the second and third floors (approximately 5,000 m2 in total). The client will be pursuing a furniture-forward approach to increase work points for its staff, but space modifications will still be required to meet Government of Canada workplace standards under the WTP. Fit-up items include, but are not limited to: Room reconfiguration and the building of walls Applicable electrical and mechanical modifications New flooring and paint New doors and sidelights where applicable Millwork design and installation Provision of whiteboards and acoustic elements Installation of tenant card access points Renovation of kitchenettes Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
