As of April 27, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 26, 2026. The work includes the 2026 Asphalt Street Resurfacing Project for the Village of Mahomet, covering South Mahomet Road Paving, East Franklin Paving, and Lincoln and Main Street Paving. Specific project areas are: South Mahomet Rd from the village limit to Sunny Acres Rd with 2-inch milling and resurfacing, and thermoplastic pavement markings; E. Franklin St from Lombard St (IL 47) to East St with 2-inch milling and resurfacing, and thermoplastic pavement markings; Lincoln and E. Main Streets, from south of Franklin to the alley south of Main and west to Tucker's alley, with 2-inch milling and resurfacing, thermoplastic pavement markings, and parking re-striping; and the Elm and E Main intersection with thermoplastic pavement markings only. Sealed proposals are required; electronically mailed bids will not be accepted. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and to waive any formality or technicality in any bids.
