Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kentwood, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are invited for the Sumner High School Athletic Track Restoration at 15841 LA-440, Kentwood, LA. Bidders must be licensed for Classification 1 - Building Construction under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. All bids must include a bid security amounting to five percent of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five days after receipt, except as provided by law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. The provisions and requirements stated in the bidding documents must not be waived by any entity. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs for the bidding documents, which are available in electronic form from City Blueprint. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but arrangements can be made through reprographic firms. All questions regarding this procedure must be directed to Coleman Partners Architects LLC. Question Deadline 04/28/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid Documents shall make a written request to the Architect, to reach him at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
