Demolition, site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
Removal of existing G Street Bridge over CSX Railroad including ramp on Puthoff Street. Pavement, curb, and walk replacement at the intersection of Puthoff Street and G Street with turnarounds. Water main and service replacement. All necessary permits, labor, material, and services required. All bidders must be prequalified by ODOT for the appropriate type of work and this status must be valid at the time of bid, award, and through the duration of the contract. Subcontractors are not required to be prequalified. The prime contractor must perform at least thirty percent of the original contract price. Bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express and be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. This is a Federal Prevailing Wage project. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and investigate as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder.
