Site work for a water / sewer project in Kellogg, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work will occur at up to five locations across the city. Two inlets on Helen and O'Connor Streets will be improved along with their associated swales, which will be re-sized to improve stormwater treatment. CDS structures will be installed to replace aging manholes at the intersection of Brown and Oregon Streets and on Chestnut Street between Brown and Cameron. A third CDS structure will be installed at Chestnut and Mission where no access previously existed. The project is located in the Bunker Hill Superfund Site. Subsurface soils are known to be contaminated by heavy metals that are associated with historic mining wastes. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Contractor is required to own a current copy of the Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC) 2025 to bid the project and provide proof of purchase of such standard as part of the bid. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
