The principal items or elements of this project include: installing TESC and protecting the site with all access by land; removing existing shore armor including rock wall, concrete rubble, wood wall, and pilings, while retaining and reforming two rock sills; constructing a rock retaining wall and return wall with on-site salvaged rock; excavating, regrading, and recontouring the shoreline bank; importing and installing beach cobble toe and gravel-sand beach nourishment; disposing properly of demolished materials including some creosoted wood; importing compost and wood chip mulch for planting areas; importing and installing crushed rock for paths; and importing and placing 4 habitat logs.
