Renovation of a mixed-use development in Silverdale, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This project involves the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of a grid-tied solar photovoltaic system with an estimated annual energy output of 72,459 kWh and a minimum system size of 67.841 kW DC. The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority, dba Housing Kitsap, is seeking a contractor to install solar to a multifamily apartment building, Kingston Ridge, in Kingston, WA. Pricing (Pages 19-20) shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope, with three (3) copies mailed, couriered, or hand delivered to Housing Kitsap, Attn: Laura Auerbach, Director of Procurement, and labeled with "No. 2026-HK-SOL." All questions and clarifications regarding the solicitation must be emailed with the subject line: 2026-HK-SOL. No phone calls will be accepted.
