The project includes the following and incidental related work at B7113 and B7042, Naval Base Kitsap Bangor WA. The scope for B7113 includes: Replacing oil water separator, installing oil skimmer, painting tank, cleaning, testing, and assessing SOD tank and waste oil tank, replacing sump pump, replacing electrical and computer paneling, providing ICS (Industrial Control System) support, replacing lighting, replacing associated electrical components and backflow preventers. The scope for B7042 includes: Cleaning and resealing sewer sump, SOD sump, utility duct, and sections of the storm drain sump, replacing SOD industrial waste pumps, replacing SOD sump alarm system, providing ICS support to alarms, installing visual and audible alarms, redesigning and improving storm sump and filter systems, and hard piping from air compressor. Scope applying to both B7042 and B7113: Including design provisions to ensure system is tested annually and adequately marked, designing sufficient test ports, isolation valves, and piping fill and depressurization points, replacing all associated valves, piping, and plumbing components, providing weather and freeze protection, and preparing user guide, SOPs, troubleshooting manual. Offerors who determine that the technical and/or contractual requirements of this RFP require clarification(s) in order to permit submittal of a responsive proposal shall submit all questions in writing via a PPI form and include only one question per form.
