Site work, new construction and renovation of an industrial development in Silverdale, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade industrial development; and one-story above grade industrial development.

The principal items or elements of construction include: 1. Attendant building 2. Limited household hazardous waste (LLHW) building (optional bid item) 3. New refuse shed building A 4.
