Bids must be submitted electronically via a single, digitally searchable PDF attachment in one email, with a maximum attachment size of 40 MB. Full bonding is required for this job. All communications must go through the State Contact listed for the Invitation to Bid. Any clarifications, comments, or exceptions to the requirements must be submitted in writing by the stated deadline. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site.
