Site work for a water / sewer project in Brentwood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for sanitary sewer CIPP rehabilitation work, which includes but is not limited to: full length CIPP lining, pre and post NAASCO CCTV inspection, internal reinstatement of active service laterals, internal removal of protruding service laterals, site access development and restoration, resident, business, and municipal notifications, bypass pumping, traffic control, site restoration, and all necessary appurtenances required by the contract documents. The contract may be awarded for a term of up to three years, with bidders providing unit costs for FY 2026 and separate flat percentage mark-ups for three additional one-year renewal periods (FY 2027, 2028, and 2029). Bidders are responsible for restoration of all disturbed areas, traffic control, and notification letters. All proposals must be submitted via PennBid. Pennsylvania prevailing wages apply. Bidders are required to provide a performance bond, labor & materials payment bond, public liability insurance, property damage insurance, and worker's compensation insurance as specified. Proposals must include a bid bond or certified check equal to 10% of the proposal amount as a guarantee, and responses must remain valid for at least 60 days. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof and to waive any informality. Deadline to submit Questions Apr 30th 2026, 11:00 AM EDT
