Remodeling of a recreation facility in Cedar Hills, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a recreation facility.
The project consists of converting an existing multi-purpose assembly room into a modern golf simulator lounge. Work includes: - Selective demolition of flooring, ceiling, lighting, and slab areas - New concrete slab recess and infill - Framing, drywall, soffits, and backing for simulator equipment - Millwork and countertops - Flooring installation (polished concrete and turf) - Painting and specialty wall finishes - Electrical upgrades, lighting installation, and low-voltage rough-ins - HVAC modifications and system balancing - Fire sprinkler and fire alarm adjustments (deferred submittals) - Coordination with owner-furnished golf simulator systems - Final cleaning and closeout documentation Question Deadline 04/30/2026 at 5:00 PM MT The project is for a golf simulator at Cedar Hills. Proposals must be delivered to the City of Cedar Hills, Attn: Charl Louw. Email submissions may be sent to clouw@cedarhillsutah.gov. A mandatory site visit will be held at 10640 Clubhouse Drive, City of Cedar Hills, Utah 84062. Questions related to the project must be submitted through the state procurement website. Vendors are responsible for reviewing the entire solicitation to comply with any requirements.
