Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General Contractor, is requesting bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install new flooring finishes and wall tile for the Boulder County Community Hub located at 2525 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301. Work on site for this scope is expected to begin in the third or fourth quarter of 2026. If submitting a bid with equipment not listed in equipment schedules or specifications, a substitution request should be submitted along with bid questions. A substitution request form is not required. All proposed product substitutions must meet all requirements for quality, capacity, etc., as the listed products. Some materials are "Basis-of-Design" products and cannot be substituted. The Flooring & Tile scope for the 28th Street Community Hub Project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: a. Furnish and install all floor and wall ceramic/porcelain tiling. b. Furnish and install all carpet tile, walk off mats, resilient and fitness flooring, in accordance with the drawings and specifications. c. Wall base at each flooring type, as shown on the drawings and schedules. Stainless steel base is by others. d. Minor floor leveling and prep as needed. e.
