The Work includes clearing and grubbing of approximately two acres of trees for the construction of a new controlled discharge lagoon cell; construction of a new primary lagoon cell and conversion of the existing single cell into two secondary cells with a new dividing berm; installation of synthetic liners in all three lagoon cells; raising of existing berms above the 100-year flood elevation; removal and land application of approximately 1.0 million gallons of sludge from the existing single cell lagoon; demolition of existing control structures and installation of new control structures; and all other work as required by the Contract Documents. The Work shall be performed at Terrace Hill Sanitary District STP. Proposals will be considered by the Terrace Hill Sanitary District at its meeting at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of May, 2026, at 7 First Avenue NE, Hampton, Iowa, 50441. The City Council may award a Contract at said meeting, or at such other time and place as shall then be announced.
