West Lafayette Community School Corporation is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide work and services related to the routine operation, repair, and/or maintenance of structures, buildings, and facilities located at 1105 N. Grant St., West Lafayette, IN. All work for complete construction and services shall be performed under one prime contract. Bidders must submit a completed SBOA Form 96, financial statement, statement of experience, a proposed plan for performing the work, and details on available resources, labor, technology, materials, supplies, and equipment. Bid security in the amount of 1% of the total contract price is required, along with a satisfactory bid bond or certified check. Prior to contract approval and execution, the successful contractor must furnish an approved performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, which remains in effect for one year after final settlement. All contractors must comply with applicable laws, licensing, public works, purchasing, and contract statutes, as detailed in the bidding documents. The School reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, reject any or all bids, is not obligated to accept the lowest or any bid, and may waive irregularities, discrepancies, omissions, variances, or informalities in the bidding procedure.
