Site work and paving for a civil project in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Water main and sanitary sewer extension, lift station renovation, and associated asphalt, curb and driveway replacement. The contract consists of the following proposed scope of work and approximate quantities: 12, 10 and 8-inch sanitary sewer (565 lineal feet), 14, 8 and 6-inch water main (350 lineal feet), street reconstruction (850 square yards), grass restoration (1,250 square yards), and hot-mix asphalt pavement (230 tons). Renovation of the existing lift station including the replacement of the pumps, rails, piping, and valves as well as the replacement of the existing control panel and integration of the new system with the City's existing SCADA system. Appurtenances to the above construction items, such as service laterals and manholes are included, but are not listed above. The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Rhinelander within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
