Site work for a water / sewer project in Shelburne, Vermont. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for consultant services to prepare engineering design plans to meet compliance for two Flow Restoration Plan sites in Shelburne. Consultants are given the opportunity to submit a separate cost proposal for each project but are encouraged to bid on both projects. The project locations are Shelburne Meadows-6303-9050.3 and Maeck Farm-8666-9050.1. B The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received as a result of this solicitation, to negotiate with any qualified source, to waive any formality and any technicalities or to cancel the RFP in part or in Request for Proposals Page 4 of 5 its entirety if it is in the best interest of the Town.
