The Board of County Commissioners of Pacific County, Washington seeks sealed bids to furnish specialty and mixed asphalt products, including delivery, for use by Pacific County from June 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. The successful bidder shall provide the entire range of services necessary to supply these materials. The County may award the bid to more than one vendor per item based on hauling distance. Consideration will be given to price, quality, and availability. Materials must comply with the Pacific County Zoning Ordinance and applicable regulations. Bidders must submit proposals with a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid proposal. Suppliers should quote a delivered price to specified county locations and are responsible for freight charges if using common carriers. Upon request, proof of compliance with zoning requirements must be submitted within 24 hours. Sealed bids must be delivered by 9:00 AM on the specified date for opening. Proposals should be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners in a clearly marked envelope. Bid forms and specifications are available from the Pacific County Department of Public Works or from the county website. All vendors are encouraged to add themselves to the Plan Holder List to receive updates or addendums. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
