Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bryant, South Dakota. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.

The project includes the installation of approximately 1,800 linear feet of water main, fire hydrant and appurtenances, 1,900 linear feet of sanitary sewer main, reconnection of services, five sanitary manholes, valley gutter, sidewalk, curb and gutter, geotextile separator fabric, aggregate base course and asphalt surfacing, gravel surfacing, traffic control, erosion control and seeding, fertilizing and mulching. Alternate A includes the installation of water main and sewer main on Prospect Street from the south intersection of 5th Avenue to the north intersection of 6th Avenue/SD Highway 28. The alternate also includes reconnect of services, appurtenances, curb and gutter, geotextile separator fabric, aggregate base course and asphalt surfacing. Alternate B is for Cement Treated Subgrade on Base Bid on asphalt surfaced streets. Alternate C is for Cement Treated Subgrade on Alternate A. Alternate D is for the installation of PooPits in lieu of concrete manholes. Alternate E is for asphalt surfacing on gravel streets. The work is to be substantially completed by June 1, 2027. Milestone 1 requires installation of all utilities, culverts, subgrade work, gravel base course, valley gutter, concrete fillets, and curb and gutter to be completed by December 1, 2026. This includes Prospect Street between SD Highway 28 and 1st Avenue and on 2nd Avenue between Prospect Street and Lee Street.
