Sealed Bids in duplicate are requested for the TAHLEQUAH PUBLIC SCHOOLS - PAC RENOVATION AND TRACK RESURFACING project. The bidding process must comply with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974, and all provisions of the Act apply to this project. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid. The scheduled completion date, established based on the Construction Manager’s schedule, will be a significant and material factor in selecting the Lowest Responsible Bid. Failure to comply with the bid requirements will result in the return of the unopened Bid Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid.
