The work will include removal and replacement of the existing Utah Street concrete box culvert with an aluminum arch culvert, abandonment of the existing culverts at the Rail Spur and replacement with twin 84" diameter aluminum culverts, erosion control, stream bypass, traffic control, restoration, and grading.
