HVJSCTX Project No. SG 22 10396, WJXN7200 Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the for the Steven M. Clouse WRC Biosolids System Upgrades Project, SAWS Job No. 22-6502. The project includes but is not limited to construction of a new centralized biosolids building with new solids screen presses, thickening, and dewatering equipment; new cake storage silos within the building; new maintenance, office, and storage spaces within the building; construction of two new pump stations, parking lot, access road, sidewalks, and yard piping; replacement of pumps, piping, and accessories at two existing pump stations; demolition of the existing sludge screening, thickening, and dewatering facilities; associated site/civil, mechanical, structural, architectural, electrical and instrumentation and controls work.
