Dover Air Force Base requires a security system upgrade to the Joint Personal Effects Depots to enhance overall cybersecurity posture while streamlining the technology operating environment. The scope of work includes upgrades to the intrusion detection system, access control system, video surveillance system, and visitor management system. The effort is intended to modernize and integrate security technologies to improve protection, monitoring, and management of personnel and facilities. Deliverables and evaluation criteria are defined in Sections L and M of the SF1449.
