Work of this Contract comprises installation of a new generator, fire pump, fire alarm system upgrades, automatic sprinkler system, firestopping, and interior finishes as required at the Gillam Hospital also known as Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project – Gillam Hospital. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Deadline 06/04/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Pre-Bid Meeting 05/20/2026 at 10:00 AM CT Location: Microsoft Teams Event Note Bidders registering for the virtual site visit must send an email to the following email addresses indicating that they will attend virtually: Peter Goltz at pgoltz@smseng.com SMS Engineering Admin at sms@smseng.com Hilary Wong at hwong@smseng.com Subject line to read “25-001-16: PFLS Gillam Hospital – Site Visit Registration”. The email must include a signed copies of the “Shared Health Confidentiality Agreement” and “Information and Agreement for Non-Northern Health Region (NHR) Representatives” forms, which are found in Section 00 41 00B – NRHA – Confidentiality Agreement and 00 41 13B – SH – Confidentiality Agreement. SMS will confirm receipt of the document and registration for the virtual site visit and will distribute the Teams meeting link.
