The requirement is for the installation of three (3) single post pyramid cantilever sunshades and one (1) full hip cantilever sunshade at the Main Base pool on behalf of the 2d Force Support Squadron (2FSS) at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana, in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement Of Work. Bidders must provide a technical plan (not exceeding two pages) outlining how they will provide and install sails to the area around the pool, comply with all solicitation provisions, and submit all required company, contact, and registration information. Quotes must include agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions in the solicitation. The government will evaluate offers for best value based on price and technical merit, and may award a contract for some, none, or all services needed depending on available funds.
