Remodeling of a fitness / recreation center in East Alton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fitness / recreation center.
The project consists of replacing basketball hardware at the Keasler complex. The work includes taking down the old hoops, disassembly, and installing new wall-mounted basketball hoops and mounting assemblies. The new hoops must include safety chains, square tubing, a fiberglass backboard with 36"x82" space mounted brackets, breakaway rims, and 72" backboard padding. The hoops must be adjustable from ten feet down to eight feet and be operated from floor level by a hand crank. A proposed substantial completion date of July 15, 2026 is preferred.
