Renovation of an educational facility in Unionville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Removal of Existing Equipment Disconnect electrical and control wiring Drain and remove existing cooling tower Remove obsolete fan starter and associated controls Remove abandoned piping as required Dispose of materials per environmental regulations Cooling Tower Requirements Manufacturer Baltimore Aircoil Company or approved equal Type : Induced draft , counterflow or crossflow Capacity Equal to or greater than existing FXV -Q661 CTI -certified thermal performance PVC or corrosion -resistant fill media Drift eliminators per ASHRAE standards The Bedford County Department of Finance is requesting proposals for a Cooling Tower at Community High School. Sealed bids are to be submitted to the office of the Bedford County Department of Finance. The Department of Finance reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities to ensure the award is in the best interest of Bedford County. Bids received after the scheduled closing time will be returned unopened.
