Site work and paving for a road / highway in Freeburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway.

Furnish and place 574 square yards of 1-inch milling, 125 tons of 9.5 MM Fine Grade Wearing Course, 16 tons of shoulder backup, 4 tons of drive tie-ins, and 20 tons of flexible base replacement. All work and materials must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. A bituminous escalator clause is included. The proposal must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality, will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
