Renovation of a military facility in Bernards, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide and furnish two semi-instantaneous steam-to-water heaters to meet specified domestic hot water demands. The first unit is one Patterson-Kelley Model PK-08D capable of delivering 27 gallons per minute of domestic hot water heated from 40F to 120 F using 25 psig inlet steam and 5 psig coil pressure at 1,122 pounds per hour. The second unit is one Patterson-Kelley Model PK-10D capable of delivering 65 gallons per minute of domestic hot water heated from 40F to 140F using 40 psig inlet steam and 25 psig coil pressure at 3,469 pounds per hour. Each heater shall be furnished with a solid copper-nickel ASME-rated pressure vessel, factory insulation, double-wall 90/10 copper-nickel tube bundle, bronze circulator pump with isolation and trim components, pilot-operated self-contained steam control valve, wye strainer, ASME-rated temperature and pressure relief devices, float and thermostatic condensate steam trap with strainer, auxiliary drip tap, factory-installed drain valve, double-solenoid high-temperature limit safety system with pre-wired control box, vacuum breaker, dial thermometer, steam pressure gauge, and a vertical stand allowing removal of the heating section without disconnecting domestic water piping. Equipment shall include electronic operation and maintenance manuals and factory-authorized start-up and training tags as specified. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
