The project includes bypass pumping, pipe penetrations, an aerial crossing over an existing creek, and reconnection of services. Surface restoration involves asphalt milling and overlay, sidewalk and guardrail replacement, and site cleanup. Work requires traffic control, erosion control, and all necessary mobilization.
