Site work for a transportation facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

This is an Aviation Fuel System project involving the installation of a used above-ground storage tank (AST), new submersible pump, aviation-style dispensing cabinet with integrated hose reel and filtration, underground piping, and concrete foundations. The project includes upgraded signage, collision protection, and concrete slabs/foundations for the dispenser and tank. Specialized fuel system experience and aviation industry certifications may be required. All bids must be submitted electronically. Bid bonds must also be submitted electronically or emailed, and arrangements must be made in advance if submitting a certified check or bank draft. Paper bids and email bids will not be accepted. The City of Duluth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, split the award, or waive informalities, irregularities, or minor deviations from the specifications if deemed to be in the best interests of the City. Price may not be the only consideration for bid award, and bids must be firm for a minimum of 90 days. All contractors and subcontractors must pay prevailing wages as established by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
