Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work includes clearing and grubbing, removals, excavation common, base aggregate dense, pulverize and relay, asphaltic surface, culvert pipes and endwalls, concrete curb and gutter, geotextile fabric, locating no passing zones, sawing, ditch cleaning, signing, pavement marking, landscaping, traffic control, construction staking and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown in the plans and included in the contract. Bidders shall submit bids in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Bid - Staadt Avenue" to the specified address by the indicated deadline. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by the Proposal Agreement fully executed by the bidder. The awarded bidder agrees to execute the contract agreement within five days after the Notice of Award, begin work no later than five days after written Notice to Proceed, and complete all work included under the terms of the contract in the allotted time.
