Site work for a mixed-use development in Clark, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of removal of an existing 48' prefabricated steel bridge, (to be retained by Clark County Forestry and Parks Department), removal of the concrete dam control structure for dam 16, cofferdam with temporary bypass, installation of a new culvert system, construction of new earthen berm trail embankment, erosion control, and any incidental items necessary to complete the work. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by the Proposal Agreement fully executed by the bidder. The bidder that is awarded the contract agrees to execute the contract agreement within five (5) days after the Notice of Award, begin work no later than five (5) days after written Notice to Proceed, and complete all work included under the terms of the contract in the allotted time. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed form to be considered. All blank spaces for bid prices on the 'Schedule of Prices' sheet must be completed, in ink or typewritten, where provided. In case of any discrepancy between the 'unit bid price' and the 'amount bid', the 'unit bid price' shall govern. The full name and business address of each bidder must be entered on the proposal submitted. The proposal shall be signed in the space provided by written signature of the person or persons properly authorized to sign it. All signatures shall be properly notarized in the space provided. All bidders shall include a Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 5% of the contract price. The selected bidder supplies payment and performance bonds equal to 100% of the project cost. The Clark County Forestry and Parks Department reserves the right to ask for the bond.
