Amendment 0006 has been released 15 MAY 2026. Amendment incorporates Revised RFP. Offers due May 21. The USCG Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC), in support of the Civil Engineering Unit - Juneau (CEUJ), requires a contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, disposal, and supervision to complete the construction of three new duplex-type housing units in Seward, Alaska. The scope of work encompasses all typical trades for new housing construction, including earthwork, utilities, and services. The solicitation also includes an optional bid item for a maintenance support building. All work must be performed in strict accordance with the Specifications for PN 136116880, Drawings for PN 13611688, and the applicable wage rates incorporated within the solicitation. Interested and qualified contractors are encouraged to review the full solicitation for details on requirements, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria.
