Work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction of a parking lot, and all other work shown and specified in the Contract Documents. Bids must be on the Bid Form contained in the Specifications. Each bidder must also complete a Form96 (as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts); an executed non-collusion affidavit; signed copies of addenda (if issued); a completely executed Affidavit of Compliance with Indiana Immigration Law and Certification of Not Being Engaged in Investment Activities in Iran; and satisfactory bid security as set forth in the Contract Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Redevelopment Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept a full or partial award of the bid, which, in its judgment, will be to the best interests of the City of LaPorte.
