Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ignacio, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Project requires site grading and utility installations for a new 20-unit seasonal RV park located on the Sky Ute Fairgrounds property. Work includes gravel paving, concrete valley gutter, water, sewer, and electrical services to each RV site. The site is to be seeded and restored to pre-construction condition. A Bid security, in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashiers Check or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, must accompany each Bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Construction Performance and Payment Bonds as security for faithful performance of the Contract. A preference for contracting and subcontracting is established for certified Indian Owned Businesses, with a bid preference of 5% given to any qualified Native American owned company certified by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe's TERO. The Southern Ute Indian Tribe reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in the bid process and to accept the bids deemed to be in the Tribe's best interest.
