Sealed proposals are requested for the following: 39,443 square yards of single sealcoat with RS-2PM (E-2M)/CRS-2PM (E-3M). Liquidated damages apply at a rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be provided on the forms supplied by the municipality. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality, for third class cities. For other municipalities, this is at their discretion. A performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract amount must be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of contract award. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
