Supply of approximately 2,145 meter interface units, replacement registers, complete positive displacement and ultrasonic meters, installation accessories, and technical support over a three-year period. Also includes the supply of required meter data collection equipment, hardware, and software for a complete advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a bond or a certified check for the sum of not less than 5% of the bid or proposal. All bids or proposals must be in writing on the form bound in the Specifications, sealed and filed with the Clerk. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin. Supplier must ensure compliance with Washington State Prevailing Wage laws and non-discrimination in employment. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities.
