Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Robesonia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed proposals are requested for the following items: 650 square yards of select base repair (3” 19mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 WMA), 65 tons of leveling (60 lb/SY 9.5mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL “M”), and 185 tons of overlay (1.5” 9.5mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL “M”). The contractor must be PennDOT prequalified in code “F”, with proof required at bid submission. Proposals must use the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid. A performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract is required within 20 days of award. Liquidated damages are set at $850 per calendar day. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
