Removal of the existing generator building on the existing weld shop. Disconnect and remove the existing generator backing up the east side of the facility. Construct a new generator room to house a new 500kW/625kVA diesel generator and associated day tank. Replace the existing switchgear and automatic transfer switch with new distribution panels and a transfer switch. Replace the existing aboveground fuel storage tank with two new aboveground fuel storage tanks. All bid responses must include proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity and be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors may submit a maximum of two attachments for bid responses: one for bid documents and, if applicable, another for Qualified Disabled Veteran information. Do not wait until close to the 2:00 p.m. deadline to submit bids, as late submissions will not be accepted.
