The University of Northern Iowa is seeking qualification statements from design firms to provide planning services associated with a chilled water study on the Central Campus. The study involves assessing existing steam absorption chillers, electric chillers, DX systems, and well water cooling infrastructure due to maintenance and procurement challenges.
