Site work and paving for a religious / funeral development in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
This project involves seal coating eight street sections and multiple single lane drives within three cemeteries, covering a total of 32,975 square yards of seal coat. Work includes proper surface preparation and proper placement and compaction of the surface. Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Registering as a planholder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors to receive automatic notice of addenda and updates. If in doubt about any parts of the contract documents, bidders may request an interpretation from the Engineer, in writing, through email. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding; oral and other interpretations or clarifications will not be legally effective. Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, or change the contract documents as deemed advisable by the City of Cedar Falls or the Engineer of record. QA date - 6-12-2026 If any prospective bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any parts of the contract documents, the bidder may request an interpretation from the Engineer, in writing, through email. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening bids may not be answered.
